1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All in-stock orders are processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Shipping Notification: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email notification containing your official logistics tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)

We partner with reliable local courier services (such as SF Express) to ensure seamless delivery across Hong Kong.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of HK$30 applies to orders below our free shipping threshold.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over HK$800.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

Maison Pearl proudly ships to fashion enthusiasts globally. To provide you with the most competitive shipping rates, we utilize integrated e-commerce logistics platforms to secure secure, high-speed, and cost-effective courier routes.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination country, weight, and volume of the package.

  • Packaging Optimization: To ensure you pay the lowest possible international shipping rate, all garments are packed securely in lightweight, high-protection, weather-resistant mailers to strictly minimize volumetric weight.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Regional (Taiwan, Japan, Southeast Asia): Typically 4–8 business days from dispatch.

    • International (US, UK, Europe, Australia): Typically 7–14 business days from dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • Recipient Responsibility: Maison Pearl is not responsible for any customs duties, import clearance fees, local taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your package by your destination country's government.

  • Compliance: All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office regarding duty-free thresholds before purchasing.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping address, contact name, and phone number during checkout. We cannot modify shipping details or reroute packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to answer courier contact, or an uncollected delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the items.

6. Alignment with Cancellation & Return Policies

  • Before Shipping: You may request an order cancellation and a full refund only if your package has not yet entered the fulfillment process (has not shipped).

  • After Shipping: Once an order is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. All shipped international and domestic orders are considered final sale.
